Subscription Services: Our Stoready SAAS product operates on a subscription basis. Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees, unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Services: Refund requests for subscription services will be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing product access for an extended period.
a.) Refund requests may be denied if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.
b.) If the request is outside the specified refund period, it will not be considered.
